Best Places To Run In Toronto

So gentlemen, now you have a dope playlist and a meal plan, you decided to take my advice and hit the trails. Being a newbie to the six, I always look to find the best hangouts and running locations.

Playing tourist a little, exploring myself and walking the waterfront trail, I feel like this is both relaxing and therapeutic. If you’re not totally into running and it just isn’t your thing, power walking and biking works just as well. Looking for a start up place to run that isn’t 50 mountains and back? Queens Park is an exceptional spot to run on a sunny day. Riverdale Park, I did mention in February’s issue that Rooster Coffee comes with a view, and I surely couldn’t be any more right. This location comes with 4 workout options. 1. The Hill – great for training and to boost endurance. 2. The Soccer Goal Posts – If you want to experience more of a fun and interactive workout. The Park does not provide a net, but if you want to practice your shot on goal, it’s a great spot to do so. 3. The Track- Hey now Usain Bolt. It’s a full-size track so you can practice 100m to running 400m. 4. Okay so maybe this isn’t a workout, but If your down to have a great smoothie and watch others work out, I’m not complaining.

For all of my mountain men, Milkman’s Lane is known to be well used by hikers, joggers, and dog walkers, so that gives you the chance to strike up a conversation with someone of the same interest.

If your ever looking for a running buddy, we are always here and interested in making new friends…..or you can run and we can drive beside you and eat Taco Bell..I mean geez, a girl’s got to eat.
