The Chronic Capsule Wardrobe | Vegan and Ethical For Men & Women

Ahh, the sound of the alarm.

There is nothing quite like a not-so-subtle reminder of how much you don’t want to leave silky sheets and comfy clothing. Not to mention, the exposure of the nauseating world outside of your door and dealing with people you probably are not looking forward to see can be discouraging.

We get how having a wardrobe to fit the needs of the illness in battle and looking proper for work can be a challenge on its own, especially long term. Also, keeping a simple range of clothing is difficult when pieces are falling at your fingertips the moment you purchase them.

For myself, the one valuable lesson I learned is that playing with color and pattern will not work on days that my immune system decides it needs an episode on my imaginary reality show. Purchasing a quality laundry detergent, washing most of my clothing by hand, and taking the time to get to know the fabric labels are important tips to keep your clothing’s personality.

Thankfully, there are plentiful of brands out there that have your back when your spine or joints are MIA.
