For most, hitting the gym is a good start to the new year. That first month is great till the hype is over, and we are back to reality of working double shifts so we can save for that summer vacay.

Motivation to actually go, I understand can be tough when you are juggling work hours, if you are a student and school. As well, very few many people encourage one another to look their best, because jealously comes to the forefront. No one will ever work as hard and want the best for you..just…you.

Memberships can also become a little pricey. Even a good $30 dollars a month can really deflate the bank. We like to encourage most people to do at home workouts as well running. Tracks at schools are always open to the public on weekends. One way I like to stay motivated while running, is music. Music is a form of therapy. Each genre can coat how you are feeling. I mean, I’m not into “ baby lock the doors and turn the lights down low” while running like a maniac but that’s two each his own. Because we want the very best for you and keep you motivated to be the best person you can be. We decided to create our favourite music playlist and share it with you. Go grab your favourite pair of runners, and make the first step and creating the new you.
